Director of Business Growth
Sysco is a leading foodservice distributor that is seeking a Director of Business Growth to develop long-term growth strategies for multiple business segments. This role involves collaborating with leadership to identify priorities, conducting market analyses, and leading initiatives to drive customer acquisition and penetration.

Responsibilities
Develop growth strategy and 3-year strategic plan for our multiple business segments. Transform the foodservice industry with best in class customer innovation
Lead initiatives to drive acquisition and penetration of customers by leveraging both sales channel and direct to consumer channel
Lead a team to make recommendation on best solution from customer and business perspective including content creation and end to end customer journey mapping. Present on growth roadmap to ELT including CEO to drive key transformation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 4-6 years experience post MBA
Engagement manager or equivalent level experience with top-tier management consulting firms with significant work in development and execution of growth, Go to Market and/or commercial strategy
Ability to think strategically and tactically from customer perspective
Ability to structure unique problems and lead cross-functional teams in a way that enables the organization to make significant progress quickly
Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Proven experience to get work done in a complex matrix organization
Strong ability to manage ambiguity and guide the organization through it towards clear and decisive action plans
Ability to understand and manage P&L
Strong project leadership and management background
Proven success in change management
Proven ability to establish credibility and influence executive-level stakeholders as well as the ability to work across boundaries and lead through influence
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Leader/doer with the ability to operate effectively and influence others in a matrix organization
Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
Self-starter with a strong ability to lead and develop a new team
Experience in a startup-like environment and ability to foresee the needs of the organization, plan accordingly and direct the team to achieve quick wins and long term success
Professional attitude, service orientation, strong work ethic; superb team player
Excels in nebulous environments where the path to address a problem is not always clear or direct
Approaches every problem with an outside-in perspective first and does not allow the status quo to influence your analysis
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
English Required

Experience in food service and B2B industries preferred but not required
