Required

Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and motivate team members effectively

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with customers and team members

Proven ability in Training and Training & Development to support team growth and success

Outstanding Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed

High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Prior leadership experience in a retail or customer-focused environment is preferred
