Life Insurance Sales Representative
Gradient Financial Group is seeking experienced sales professionals ready to advance their careers in the life insurance industry. In this role, you will recruit and consult with Independent Financial Services Professionals, guiding them through the affiliation process and providing ongoing support to foster their growth.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with life insurance professionals
Consult with life insurance agents to support the growth of their firm and recommend best practices
Be an extension of their team when aligning goals and sales priorities
Present the value of affiliating with Gradient Life Brokerage, including access to various life insurance carriers and products, compliance service, best practices support, and mentorship
Provide strategic guidance on business development, case design, and product solutions
Develop a rewarding career with strong income potential and the opportunity to positively impact both the financial professional and their clients’ financial futures
Qualification
Required
Active Life and Health licensure
Minimum of one year of sales experience in life insurance
Ability to work in-office four days per week with one remote workday
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for life insurance and helping advisors deliver value to their clients
