Managing the entire process after contract to closing
Ensuring all necessary documentation and closing procedures are completed efficiently and accurately within the deadlines
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including buyers, lenders, and title companies
Qualification
Required
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The position is in an office environment with occasional visits to construction sites and title companies
May require working evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules and closing deadlines
