This internship offers a 10-week project-based experience focused on research, design, development, and testing of electro-mechanical devices and systems.

Responsibilities
Serves as valued professional within the Automation team, driving project progress through critical thinking, conceptualization and execution
Responsible for research, design, development, building, and testing of electro-mechanical devices and systems
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, or related major
Familiar with a manufacturing environment
Proficient in computer-based design
Comfortable doing practical, hands-on applications
Self-starter and driven to succeed
Previous internship experience (not sure if needed)
Ability to interact and build relationships across all functions of the company
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Available the full 10-week program, 40 hours per week
Interest in corporate finance & accounting (not sure if needed)
Interest in automated systems and robotics
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Study abroad or international exposure (not sure if needed)
Demonstrate leadership ability and relationship building skills
Experience building electro-mechanical devices
Familiar with GD&T standards
