They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Lead residential construction projects through closeout
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal team members
Conduct job start meetings, weekly project check-ins, and client progress updates
Manage job costs, change orders, and purchasing to maintain financial control
Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards
Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to minimize delays and risk
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualification
Required
3+ years proven experience managing residential remodeling and/or custom home projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented, accountable, and solutions-focused leadership style
Preferred
Experience working within a design-build environment preferred
Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar)
