Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor. The candidate will provide excellent member service and handle various aspects of mortgage servicing after the loan has closed, ensuring accuracy and resolving loan issues.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent member service when fielding servicing calls from employees and members

Complete the boarding process for new, renewed and modified mortgage loans

Perform all aspects of servicing functionalities after the loan has closed, including

Payment research

Quote and process mortgage payoffs

Research and resolve loan issues to conclusion

Assist with accuracy review of input to computer loan system

Assist as needed for loan sale transactions

Work collaboratively with accounting for all accounting reconciliations

Process and correct mortgage transactions in the servicing software

Previous mortgage servicing experience

Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis

Ability to work a 40-hour work week

Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
