Required
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in California
7+ years of plaintiff-side wage and hour class action civil litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, oral advocacy, and depositions
Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet strict deadlines from day one
Prior experience representing clients in state and federal courts
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for hearings, depositions, and client matters
Preferred
Prior exposure to class actions, wage-and-hour disputes, or complex litigation
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a passion for employee and consumer rights
