Responsibilities
Map current-state workflows, identify friction points, document requirements, and design improved procedures using appropriate methodologies
Define KPIs and benefits measures to track outcomes
Partner with Innovation and IT to deploy and integrate tools (e.g., document automation, AI-enabled review, collaboration platforms)
Develop training, targeted resources, and 1:1 coaching
Monitor usage to surface insights and iterate
Serve as liaison between lawyers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams
Run workshops, focus groups, and feedback loops
Execute communications to support readiness and sustain adoption
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives (practice groups, Pricing, Practice Management, LPM, KM)
Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate ROI
Triage, escalate, and coordinate resolution of user issues and enhancement requests
Maintain process maps and solution documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a client services business
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, legal operations, or similar in professional services; ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions
Familiarity with legal tech platforms and collaboration tools; comfort learning new technology
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and KPI/benefits tracking; strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven stakeholder engagement and influence skills
Proactive, client-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with adoption/change management is a plus
