Assistant Human Resources Manager -SAP Center
Aramark Destinations is a global leader in food and facilities management, and they are seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager for the SAP Center. This role involves supporting the Human Resources Manager in HR operations, ensuring effective employee relations, and contributing to the success of the HR department.

Responsibilities
Assist the Human Resources Manager in building and maintaining open channels for communication and feedback for employees
Ensure consistent, equitable application of company policies and practices, and the collective bargaining agreements
Investigate and address disagreements in a timely, constructive and impartial manner
Assist employees with resolving workplace questions by addressing them yourself or partnering with specialists
Partner with department managers to determine seasonal staffing needs
Partner with department heads to open and manage hourly employee requisitions
Assist managers with sending offers and hiring talent in HRIS
Facilitate new hire orientation
Assist site managers with processing and administering leave benefits for qualifying employees
Assist the Human Resources Manager with ensuring employee certification records and policy acknowledgements are complete and current
Manage employee records with integrity, ensuring they are accurate, secure and complete
Assist HR manager in overseeing HR coordinator and uniform team
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2 + years of experience in employee relations or related experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, or related field or relevant equitable experience
The ability to work onsite
Must be able to work a flexible event driven schedule which frequently includes evenings, nights, weekends and/or holidays
Ability to communicate, written and verbal; clearly, concisely, tactfully, and diplomatically in English; additional languages a plus
Ability to influence others on policies, practices, and procedure
Ability to understand and maintain compliance with relevant federal, state and local employment laws
Ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily and maintain confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management technology
Preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role
