Responsibilities
Prepare and send invoices to customers and assist with the completion of business transactions
Enter and maintain purchase order (PO) details accurately in QuickBooks and Excel
Manage and coordinate sales and purchasing delivery schedules
Communicate with group factories to coordinate product procurement and with customers regarding delivery timelines
Arrange and manage product samples for customers
Provide high-quality customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
Organize product packaging and shipping arrangements
Translate internal and external documents between Japanese and English
Serve as the point of contact for product procurement with the Mexico factory
Compile and report sales and order data to the Japan headquarters
Assist in preparing the annual sales budget plan
Maintain sales-related documentation to ensure J-SOX compliance
Conduct credit checks for new business partners
Qualification
Required
MUST be Japanese, English and Spanish trilingual
Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese; conversational Spanish is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service orientation
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
Strong teamwork and coordination skills across departments and cultural backgrounds
Preferred
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or similar accounting systems is preferred
Understanding of both U.S. and Japanese business practices
High attention to detail with a proactive and organized approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
