Required

Must required same industry experience
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Strong skills in Account Management, building and maintaining long-term professional relationships
Knowledge and experience in the Freight and logistics sector, including LTL/TL shipping processes
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with carrier partners and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation for resolving challenges efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and dynamic environment
Proficiency in using transportation management systems and related software
