Recruiter - Korean Speaking
MassMutual Atlantic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier financial advisors and client relationship managers, playing a critical role in the firm's growth and client success.

Responsibilities
Source, engage, and recruit qualified candidates for wealth advisory and client service positions
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, candidate screening, interviews, to offer negotiation and acceptance
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
Utilize various recruiting tools, platforms, and networking opportunities to identify passive and active candidates
Represent the company professionally at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system
Provide hiring managers with market insights and candidate recommendations to support informed hiring decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within wealth advisory, financial services, or related professional services
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Korean Speaking
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment searches simultaneously
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
Knowledge of industry certifications such as CFP®, Series 7, or Series 66 is a plus
