Responsibilities
Prepping the yard for opening and closing of business
Loading and unloading equipment and communicating rental details with the Rental Coordinator
Washing and making any necessary repairs to returned equipment to ensure it is rent-ready
Assisting with the appearance, organization, and arrangement of equipment in the yard
Qualification
Required
Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
Passionate about quality and customer service
Ability to meticulously wash and detail rental equipment before delivery
Ability to inspect small equipment for quality
Ability to manage the hookup and receiving of trailers or smaller rented items
Ability to enhance the overall visual appeal of the yard
A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to meet all drug and alcohol testing requirements and commit to a drug-free workplace
Ability to pass forklift, AWP, and propane training tests
A strong focus on safety
Ability to take instruction and understand goals and processes
Ability to work fluctuating schedules, including some Saturdays
Ability to complete other duties as assigned
Ability to comprehend job-related duties in both verbal and written formats
Comfortable working with limited supervision at times
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds multiple times per shift
