Responsibilities
Serve as the manager of the Superintendent’s office by providing a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative and secretarial support in the management of the daily operation of the District and Governing Board
Planning, implementing, directing and maintaining of District programs as directed by the Superintendent
Analyze requests and provide recommendations for action
Communicate information on behalf of the District and the Governing Board to its staff, other Districts, public agencies, etc
Respond as the District’s first line of communication
Provide the school community with managerial/operational functions and duties in the Office of the Superintendent which directly support student learning
Qualification
Required
