Qualification
Required
Proven leadership skills, including team supervision and the ability to motivate crews for optimal performance
Experience in sitework, concrete, and vertical construction, with knowledge of construction techniques and safety standards
Strong organizational and scheduling abilities to manage multiple tasks and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges and coordinate with team members and stakeholders efficiently
Capability to work in a hands on environment, with fast pace planning and heavy equipment
Experience in operating construction equipment and a valid driver's license are required
Preferred
Knowledge of using project management tools and software is a plus
