Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is a joint venture between two industry leaders with a clear vision for automotive’s next chapter. They are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive software integration and execution for Infotainment platform systems in software-defined vehicles.

Responsibilities

Drive software execution work including internal development, vendor software release and integration, validation, and issue management for on-time product delivery

Collaborate with software developers, technical partners, and testing teams to achieve business and technical goals

Develop trusted relationships and improve processes to increase development velocity

Provide technical judgement to make plans, decisions, and resolve issues

Develop and maintain integration schedules, roadmaps, priorities and execution plans

Required

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Experience with electronics system in package software integration, validation, release management, and customizations

Experience with Linux/Android-based embedded systems and electronics hardware

Product development experience in computer engineering and/or electronics

Preferred

Automotive industry experience or familiarity with automotive-grade software development is a plus

Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, UDS)
