Business Development - Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

Answer all incoming phone calls for the service department
Answer any questions that customers bring or transfer their calls to the correct employee
Schedule appointments for customers, ensuring a minimum of 40 appointments are set each day
Complete call logs as assigned by the service director making no less than 50 outbound calls per day
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with each customer
Actively seek out new and return customers to increase business
