Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical programs, from initiation and planning through execution, launch, and post-delivery review
Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
Translate business objectives and product requirements into actionable technical plans, roadmaps, and delivery schedules
Drive program governance, including status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive-level communication
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks, proactively removing blockers to maintain delivery momentum
Establish and enforce program management best practices, including documentation standards, change management, and decision frameworks
Facilitate cross-team alignment through effective communication, structured forums, and clear ownership models
Support release planning and coordination across engineering teams, ensuring readiness for launches and major platform changes
Use data and metrics to track program health, delivery performance, and continuous improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Engineering Project Management within a technology-driven organization
Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand system architectures, APIs, data flows, and infrastructure concepts
Proven experience managing large, cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive execution in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience working in SaaS, cloud-native, or platform-based technology environments
Background in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical operations
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery frameworks
Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms or mission-critical systems
