Vice President of Professional Services
Confidential is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead and optimize a global professional services organization. This role involves developing and executing the services strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction and strong margins while driving enterprise customer outcomes and enhancing service offerings.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall Professional Services strategy, aligning delivery models with company growth objectives, customer segments, and product roadmap
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global services organization, including implementation, solution architecture, technical consulting, and delivery management
Own services P&L, including revenue forecasting, utilization, gross margins, pricing, and capacity planning
Establish standardized delivery methodologies, playbooks, and governance to ensure predictable, on-time, and on-budget project execution
Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to support complex pre-sales engagements, scope services accurately, and ensure smooth handoffs post-sale
Drive customer outcomes by ensuring implementations meet business objectives, adoption targets, and long-term value realization
Develop metrics and dashboards to track services performance, including utilization, margin, CSAT/NPS, time-to-value, and delivery quality
Optimize resourcing models (onshore/offshore/nearshore, partners, contractors) to balance scalability, cost efficiency, and customer experience
Identify opportunities to package, productize, and innovate services offerings to increase attach rates and profitability
Lead executive-level customer engagements, acting as an escalation point and trusted advisor for strategic accounts
Recruit, develop, and retain senior services leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric execution
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Delivery leadership within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
5+ years in a senior executive role (VP or equivalent) owning global services delivery and P&L responsibility
Proven track record of scaling services organizations in high-growth environments
Deep expertise in services financial management, including forecasting, utilization, and margin optimization
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level customers and internal stakeholders
Experience implementing standardized delivery frameworks and operational rigor across distributed teams
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations across multiple industries
Background in both pre-sales and post-sales services alignment
Exposure to partner-led or hybrid delivery models
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
