Responsibilities
Work with complex systems and equipment, providing engineering and technical services
Design and analyze high voltage and extra high voltage electric transmission lines
Develop and prepare drawings, specifications, reports, and estimates for transmission capital project work
Interact with Transmission System Planning, Siting & Permitting, Project Management, Real Estate, and other functional areas
Cooperate with vendor resources, requiring teamwork and communication skills
Provide or support testimony with regulatory agencies for national and regional energy policy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
0-3 years related experience is required
Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required
Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary
A valid driver's license is required
Preferred
Knowledge of utility power systems is preferred
Engineering design experience preferred
