Responsibilities
Direct and lead engineering teams to deliver successful products and services
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential
Work with your teams to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments
Develop strategic plans to accomplish technical and business objectives in partnership with leadership, your teams, and customers
Define new KPIs to inform decision-making and prioritization
Establish software development standards and processes, as well as best practices, for your teams
Launch new cloud services and establish operational excellence
Set technical direction with architects and technical leads for your teams, based on the technologies being built and deployed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of management experience in enterprise software, including management of managers
10+ years of experience in application development, including 3+ years working with large-scale distributed applications, web services, or systems design
Experience with cloud computing platforms, technologies, and concepts
Experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, and Python

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
