Responsibilities

Support the development and maintenance of job profiles and job architecture to ensure consistency and market relevance
Work closely with other HR teams to develop solutions and collaborate with Sales leadership to translate compensation philosophies into actionable strategies
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
Lead compensation projects of significant impact for business units or globally
Build relationships that result in trusted partnerships
Partner with HR and SMS&CS leadership to understand business needs and develop tailored job structures and compensation solutions
Create and distribute clear and impactful communication materials that enhance understanding and highlight the value of our compensation programs
Take an active role in educating internal people partners, business units and employees to enable objective decision-making and facilitate meaningful compensation conversations
Analyze performance and other demographic data to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans
Utilize data-driven insights to analyze compensation trends, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
Participate in the annual pay cycle, leading efforts for the SMS&CS organization
Continuously review and improve compensation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Lead compensation projects of significant impact for business units or globally
Develop and maintain compensation-related policies and procedure

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in compensation management, with experience supporting the sales function
Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation software, and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to interpret and synthesize large amounts of data to inform decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences
Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work products

Preferred

Master's degree or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification is a plus
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools is a plus
