Required

Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools for managing client and policy data
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
Active General Agent License required
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work
Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus
