Responsibilities

Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, and audit

Develop business models and financial strategies that support growth, expansion, and profitability across business units

Provide timely financial insights and dashboards for executive decision-making

Oversee corporate treasury, cash flow management, and working capital optimization

Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, risk management processes, and compliance frameworks

Lead preparation and presentation of quarterly and annual financial statements

Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies

Support M&A activities including valuation modeling, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration

Drive finance team development and ensure operational excellence across systems and processes

Establish and enforce finance policies, accounting standards, and governance practices
