Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, HCI, psychology, sociology, or related field
5-7 years of experience in UX or market research
Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation
Proficiency in research methods including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
