They are seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer to participate in the Career Accelerator Program, responsible for performing technical functions in support of engineering activities, including circuit analysis and failure analysis techniques.

Responsibilities
Circuit analysis, bench level equipment skills, die level deprocessing, report writing
Ability to work from schematic diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout, and trouble-shooting functions
Perform bench level electrical verification/fault isolation on integrated circuits to determine root cause of failure
Must become proficient in a variety of failure analysis techniques and equipment operation
Excellent judgment required to isolate failures for accurate identification of defect locations
Individual is responsible for managing the failure analysis process in conjunction with their own skill set development
Work in a team environment and provide consultation for non-F/A disciplines
Write detailed failure analysis report
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher
Preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
Ability to analyze and interpret data, interpret customer input and apply input to TI's products and processes
Ability to take the initiative and ownership for implementing solutions that improve product quality
