Responsibilities
Represent the Travel+Leisure brand by interacting with locals and tourists out of Travel+Leisure's incredible Austin marketing locations
Attend various events, games and tradeshows as needed to represent the brand and speak to locals and tourists (including MLB games at Dell Stadium!)
Provide recommendations and knowledge on local area attractions, events, restaurants , etc
Entice qualified locals and tourists to attend a resort tour presentation by offering company approved incentives (examples: free tickets, free hotel & resort stay, dinner vouchers and more!)
Pre-qualify and schedule interested locals and tourists to attend the resort tour
Utilize Travel+Leisure's sales tools taught during training including pitch and process
Attend and participate in marketing training sessions and meetings
May include follow up with potential clients
Qualification
Required
Creative, positive and enthusiastic attitude required!
Ability to handle rejection and overcome common objections
Able to work independently and as a team player
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors
Must be commission driven (hourly + uncapped commissions)
Preferred
Sales or similar experience preferred
Servers, Bartenders, Sales Representatives, Lead Generators and/or Recruiters are encouraged to apply!
