Responsibilities
Must be willing to work in confined spaces and trenches
Load and off-load materials, tools, and equipment on/off the company truck for each job
Travel to the customer's home to install the job
Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times
Use heavy power tools and hand tools at the job site
Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods
Most work in a moderate pace to ensure efficiency and quality
When requested by the Foreman, communicate with customers to ensure their understanding of the work and their satisfaction
Qualification
Required
MUST have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation
Ability to safely lift 60+lbs
Excellent communication skills
Regular and punctual attendance at the job locations
Ability to work overtime if needed
Preferred
Construction experience is preferred but not required
Experience in trenching, excavating, push/helical piers, concrete work, seismic retrofit, post and pad replacement, sump pumps, encapsulation, and/or drainage preferred
