Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design projects across digital and print, including marketing campaigns, product interfaces, brand materials, and multimedia content
Develop creative strategies that align with business objectives and translate stakeholder requirements into compelling design solutions
Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and skill development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and content to deliver cohesive user experiences
Establish and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and quality standards across all touchpoints
Conduct design reviews and critiques to ensure deliverables meet our high-quality benchmarks
Manage project timelines, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery
Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep our work innovative and competitive
Qualification
Required
15+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
Expert proficiency in design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinking with a user-centered design approach
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with motion design or video editing
Familiarity with HTML/CSS
