Responsibilities
Plan and conduct user experience research studies across various security products
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research needs and develop comprehensive research plans
Partner with design, program management, and data science teams to gather insights about customer behaviors and preferences
Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to inform product development
Communicate research findings clearly and effectively to all levels of the product team, influencing design and strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
An advanced degree in Psychology, HCI/HFE, HCDE, or a related field
At least 5+ years of experience in research and design, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Strong knowledge of research techniques such as ethnography, data analytics, and statistics
Proven ability to develop research plans and help teams achieve key metrics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and inform diverse audiences
