Advising employers on traditional labor matters, including union negotiations, collective bargaining, grievance, and arbitration issues
Handling employment litigation and counseling
Litigating claims involving discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, accessibility, and non-compete and confidentiality agreements
Advising clients as to employment law compliance, policies and procedures, employment contracts, discipline, terminations, reductions in force, and wage and hour audits
Conducting workplace investigations
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience working with both union and non-union workplaces
Experience supporting positive labor relations
Experience providing advice and counseling
Experience defending litigation and administrative charges
Experience advising employers on traditional labor matters, including union negotiations, collective bargaining, grievance, and arbitration issues
Experience handling employment litigation and counseling
Experience litigating claims involving discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, accessibility, and non-compete and confidentiality agreements
Experience advising clients as to employment law compliance, policies and procedures, employment contracts, discipline, terminations, reductions in force, and wage and hour audits
Experience conducting workplace investigations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
A license in good standing in Colorado
