Responsibilities

Greet clients with enthusiasm while assisting them with a range of banking activities, from consumer and business loan applications to mortgage loans
Coordinate closings with title companies and borrowers to ensure smooth transactions
Compile and deliver comprehensive loan packages and review daily accounts for any insufficient funds, ensuring customer satisfaction
Assist Loan Officers with loan servicing and collections, manage customer files for maturing loans, and clear collateral and credit exceptions promptly
Stay updated on lending regulations through training sessions, making a significant impact on our commercial lending operations

Required

High School Diploma required
Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred

Associates degree or higher preferred
Experience in lending or credit department in a commercial bank setting a plus
Ability to acquire and maintain notary license
