Responsibilities
Prepares quotes and proposals
Reviews policies, processes endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cards
Assists with audits, as necessary
Coordinates billing, premium financing, as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
HS diploma or GED
Holds an insurance license in good standing
Effectively interacts with all levels within the organization
Computer proficient with MSOS, Outlook
Required “soft skills”: efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team-oriented and high attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with agency management systems (Epic preferred)
