Caltrans District 3 is looking for a Correctional Case Records Analyst to work at Kern Valley State Prison. The role involves complex technical work in processing, maintaining, and controlling records of incarcerated persons, including preparing documents related to their classification and legal status.

Perform difficult and complex technical work in processing, maintenance, and control of incarcerated persons and incarcerated persons records

Prepare documents and records information relating to incarcerated persons classification, transfer, release from and return to prison, and other actions affecting legal status

Applicants who completed their education outside of the US (with foreign degrees/transcripts) must obtain and submit verification of U.S. course/degree equivalency

Candidates new to CDCR are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by department testing on an annual basis thereafter
