Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Manage daily social media activities
Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage findings to refine content strategies
Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and enhance brand reputation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, marketing, and e-commerce to align messaging and support promotional initiatives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing strategies, content creation, graphic design, and video editing
Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear, compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences
Knowledge of digital marketing trends including e-commerce integration and video editing techniques to produce captivating multimedia content
