Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of features in distributed systems
Own technical design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions
Actively contribute code and perform code reviews to ensure quality and performance
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and execute delivery plans
Manage and mentor onshore/offshore teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
Troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution across environments

Qualification

Required

8+ years of experience in distributed systems, backend development, or enterprise platforms
Strong hands-on coding skills in relevant languages (e.g., C#, Java)
Proven experience leading feature delivery and managing global teams
Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Preferred

Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and containerization
Strong knowledge in Data Engineering and ETL pipelines
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and database performance tuning
Experience with Linux and Shell scripting
Familiarity with UI technologies, especially ReactJS
Exposure to Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
