Responsibilities

Work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country
Interact with GT attorneys across the global platform
Have substantial experience in lender and/or borrower representations
Experience in syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit facilities
Draft, review and revise credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements and closing deliverables, including secretary’s certificates, resolutions, legal opinions, schedules and exhibits
Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies
Take on significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and work product

Required

2-6 years of experience in finance or corporate law
Substantial experience in lender and/or borrower representations
Experience in syndicated credit facilities
Experience in acquisition financings
Experience in private credit facilities
Experience in drafting, reviewing and revising credit agreements
Experience in drafting, reviewing and revising debt commitment letters
Experience in drafting, reviewing and revising security agreements
Experience in drafting, reviewing and revising closing deliverables, including secretary's certificates, resolutions, legal opinions, schedules and exhibits
Experience in representing private equity sponsors and portfolio companies
Diligent, proactive, supportive and team oriented
Strong academic background
Superior drafting skills
Willingness to take on significant responsibility for deal management
Willingness to take on significant responsibility for client interaction
Willingness to take on significant responsibility for work product
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar
