Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects of varying scale and complexity
Serve as primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Oversee all phases of project development, including design, documentation, and construction administration
Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure successful delivery
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture
Ensure quality control, code compliance, and adherence to firm standards
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role
Revit experience required
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and contract administration
Proficiency in Revit and other design/production software
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Preferred
Architectural licensure preferred (or in process)
