Responsibilities
Perform and document analytical procedures in compliance with methods and regulatory guidelines
Assess analytical progress and verify results are within acceptable tolerances through routine data analysis
Identify abnormal results or potential quality issues and escalate promptly
Prepare buffers and solutions for analysis as required
Conduct calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
Assist in writing and reviewing laboratory procedures and techniques
Train junior staff and support onboarding activities
Ensure adherence to safety and 6S requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field
Proficiency in pipetting and basic laboratory techniques
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and infection control practices
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality control metrics
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred
Experience with automation or specialized lab equipment
