Responsibilities
Extract and organize consultation and usage data from WCONLINE
Clean and structure the data for analysis (tracking trends over time, service usage patterns, appointment volume, repeat visits, etc.)
Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for supervisors to monitor KPIs and operational performance (consultant utilization, peak hours, appointment outcomes, demand by course/department, etc.)
Produce summaries that support staffing decisions and program improvements
Data science related communication support
Assist students with Python or R programming for data analysis
Guide students in building small machine learning or AI models
Support students in developing and documenting data-driven applications and communicating technical results clearly in reports or presentations
Qualification
Required
