Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new reroof and repair opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals
Communicate the value of Highland's services to prospective clients
Build lasting client relationships, provide expert roofing guidance, and tailor solutions to fit their needs
Partner with our service team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed to customer satisfaction
Perform leak inspections and deliver timely, accurate repair proposals
Collaborate with estimating and production teams to present roof replacement options to clients
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A self-starter mentality with the drive to exceed goals
A team-first attitude and eagerness to grow with us
Preferred
Experience in commercial roofing sales is a strong plus
