Marketing Manager
Confidential is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy across digital channels while collaborating with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals, target audiences, and product positioning
Own demand generation initiatives across digital channels including email, paid media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, and social platforms
Manage campaign planning, timelines, budgets, and performance tracking from concept through execution and optimization
Partner with Sales to align on lead quality, funnel performance, messaging, and revenue attribution
Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to support product launches, feature announcements, and go-to-market strategies
Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Oversee external vendors or agencies as needed, ensuring quality, consistency, and ROI
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets, communications, and touchpoints
Qualification
Required
Strong experience developing and executing B2B or B2C marketing strategies
Proficiency with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid acquisition, content, and social media
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar)
Advanced analytical and reporting skills with the ability to measure ROI and funnel performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling and messaging capabilities
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred
5+ years of experience in marketing roles with increasing responsibility
Experience supporting high-growth startups or technology-driven companies
Familiarity with product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or go-to-market execution
Prior experience managing agencies or external marketing partners
