Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute UI/front-end manual test cases for web applications supporting account opening and servicing
Validate user workflows, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
Partner with the Automation QA to identify regression candidates and ensure robust test coverage
Log clear defects, track to resolution, and provide concise test reporting (daily/weekly status, test metrics)
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project leads (one based in DE, one in Philly) to ensure deliverables meet quality gates ahead of August go-live
Contribute to UAT support and production validation during release events
Qualification
Required

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable collaborating in a mixed model with automation resources and established frameworks
Preferred
Experience with API smoke/validation and SQL for basic data checks is a plus
