Planning monthly snack and activity calendars
Purchasing food and supplies according to budget
Mentoring both staff and participants
Facilitating small group activities
Modeling and reinforcing character traits throughout the program
Providing a safe environment for middle school students
Planning and facilitating teen nights 1-2 times per month
Acting as primary advisor for Leaders Club with weekly meetings
Facilitating volunteer opportunities and fundraising
Preparing Leaders for Rallies and attending the Rallies
Working with other branch departments to offer additional programs
Qualification
Preferred
At least 2-5 years of experience working with youth and/or customer service
Credits in education, sports management or hospitality
Enrolled in college level courses in education, sports management or hospitality
