Director of Sales Operations
Confidential is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize the operational processes that drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth. This role involves partnering with various teams to streamline sales processes and enhance performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and manage sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership
Partner with Sales leadership to set targets, quotas, and incentive plans that align with company growth objectives
Oversee CRM and sales technology platforms, ensuring accurate data, system optimization, and adoption across teams
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process or strategy improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, and Product to align sales strategies with organizational priorities
Drive initiatives to improve sales productivity, territory management, and customer coverage
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales operations professionals, promoting best practices and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading sales operations, sales enablement, or revenue operations functions
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics
Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
Advanced analytical and reporting skills with experience translating data into actionable insights
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring high-performing teams
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across cross-functional teams
Preferred
7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or revenue operations leadership roles
Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth B2B environments
Familiarity with incentive compensation design, territory planning, and quota setting
Prior experience managing remote or distributed teams
Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel modeling
