Support customers and help triage issues and questions
Capture and organize feedback from conversations, tickets, and product signals
Translate customer insights into clear, structured inputs for product and engineering teams
Help build lightweight processes and automation around support and feedback workflows
Track patterns in product quality, user experience, and satisfaction over time
Qualification
Required
Experience in any customer-facing role (support, service, retail, operations, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with empathy and follow-through
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by outcomes
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
