Responsibilities

1. Design & Scale Rigorous Experimentation Frameworks Lead the development and implementation of industry-leading experimental protocols, including A/B testing, traffic allocation strategies, and incrementality/lift testing. Establish a unified, standardized marketing performance metric system and data governance framework to ensure consistency, accuracy, and actionable insights across all campaigns
2. Drive Data-Backed Growth Strategies Dive deep into multi-channel advertising and marketing campaign data to uncover hidden patterns, quantify performance drivers, and identify high-impact growth opportunities. Translate complex analyses into clear, executable strategic recommendations that guide marketing and growth initiatives, directly boosting client ROI and platform effectiveness
3. Build Robust Data Pipelines & Observability Systems Architect end-to-end data pipelines and processing logic tailored to marketing analytics use cases. Develop and maintain a comprehensive observability dashboard that monitors data quality, pipeline health, and metric transparency—ensuring all marketing reports are credible, traceable, and aligned with business objectives
4. Develop & Scale Marketing Data Science Models Own the lifecycle of core marketing data science models, including attribution modeling, causal inference (treatment effect/debiasing), demand forecasting, budget optimization, and efficiency measurement. Continuously iterate on these models to enhance campaign performance, optimize resource allocation, and drive automation within our AI Agent ecosystem
5. Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with marketing operations, product, data engineering, and AI engineering teams to design and deploy robust experimentation strategies across both manual and AI-automated marketing scenarios. Bridge technical and business teams to ensure data science solutions are integrated seamlessly into core platform workflows
6. Influence Key Business Decisions Translate complex statistical findings and model outputs into concise, compelling insights that inform executive-level decisions, product roadmap prioritization, and client success strategies. Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders, demonstrating how data science can unlock exponential growth for Springbrand and our clients

Required

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; a Master's degree is strongly preferred
Solid expertise in statistical analysis and experimental design, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, causal inference, lift/incrementality measurement, and hypothesis-driven research
Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation, coupled with advanced skills in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and visualization (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
Practical experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and marketing analytics platforms, with a proven track record of building self-service dashboards and real-time performance monitoring systems
Deep, foundational knowledge of core marketing analytics concepts: data tracking, multi-touch attribution, incrementality analysis, and metric definition/governance
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical data science insights into actionable, non-technical recommendations for cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration, with a track record of driving projects from ideation to execution in fast-paced, dynamic environments (marketing, product, data engineering)

Preferred

Familiarity with major marketing platforms and ecosystems: Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and third-party attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust)
Experience in building end-to-end marketing measurement frameworks, including metric system design, experimental protocol standardization, and attribution/incrementality methodology development
Hands-on experience with data pipeline and workflow orchestration tools: Airflow, dbt, Dataflow, or equivalent solutions
Knowledge of cloud data warehouses and modern data infrastructure: BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc
A proven track record of building marketing observability and performance monitoring dashboards, with a focus on data quality, latency tracking, anomaly detection, and metric audit trails
Experience translating experimental results into actionable budget optimization and media buying strategies that drive measurable business impact
