Business Development Executive – BPO/Outsourcing

AllOutsourcing is a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company delivering scalable customer engagement and back-office solutions to businesses worldwide. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

Outsourcing/Offshoring

Responsibilities

Identify and prospect potential clients who need outsourced customer support, sales, back-office, or technical services
Generate leads through outbound outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking)
Qualify leads and understand client needs, pain points, and budget
Present AllOutsourcing's service offerings and tailor proposals to client requirements
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in CRM
Develop relationships with key decision-makers (Operations, Customer Experience, Procurement, C-suite)
Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate leads
Collaborate with leadership to refine service offerings based on market feedback
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required

3+ years of business development or sales experience in the BPO, call center, or outsourcing industry
Proven track record of sourcing and closing B2B deals for outsourced services
Strong understanding of BPO service models (dedicated agents, shared services, hourly vs. FTE pricing)
Experience selling to SMBs, startups, or mid-market companies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Existing network of contacts in industries that use outsourcing services (a plus)

Preferred

Selling customer support, sales outsourcing, or back-office services
Working with clients in e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or retail
Familiarity with nearshore/offshore staffing models
Experience in a startup or early-stage company environment
