Business Development Lead – Onchain Capital Markets & Tokenization
Zylo Talent is at the forefront of the financial revolution, seeking a Business Development powerhouse to lead their tokenization strategy across global capital markets. The role involves forging partnerships with asset owners and institutions to bring real-world assets onchain, driving innovation and liquidity in the evolving financial landscape.
Responsibilities
Hunt, structure & close blockbuster partnerships with top-tier asset owners, fund managers, regulated tokenization platforms, custodians, and institutions to launch tokenized products (think Treasuries, private credit, real estate, commodities, institutional-grade funds)
Build deep relationships with regulated issuers in major jurisdictions (US, EU, UK, Middle East) to explode cross-border issuance and distribution
Engage directly with family offices, corporates, and institutions hungry for tokenized yield and next-gen onchain capital markets
Team up with cutting-edge DeFi protocols and infrastructure players to make tokenized assets ultra-composable, liquid, and unstoppable across the ecosystem
Activate your elite global network — open doors with institutional allocators, fintech disruptors, blockchain-native funds, and more
Shine at the world's most influential finance & crypto events, establishing us as the credible leader in tokenized finance
Cultivate strategic ties with regulators, custodians, and infrastructure pioneers to stay light-years ahead
Own the full partnership lifecycle: from handshake → integration → massive growth & adoption
Partner tightly with technical/product teams to nail institutional-grade integrations (compliance, KYC, advanced standards)
Act as the ultimate internal connector — aligning teams, smashing roadblocks, and keeping momentum sky-high
Collaborate with DeFi leadership to architect liquidity programs, co-incentives, and rocket fuel for RWA trading & adoption
Qualification
Required
7+ years crushing it in business development, investment management, structured products, or capital markets (front-office/client-facing elite)
Deep roots / strong ties in a major global financial hub (NYC, London, Dubai, etc.)
Powerful existing network among institutions, asset managers, tokenization players, and allocators
Expert-level understanding of financial instruments (money markets, Treasuries, private credit, yield products) + how they're transforming onchain
Solid grasp of blockchain/DeFi (RWAs as collateral, yield building blocks, cross-chain magic)
Proven closer — you've originated and landed high-value, transformative partnerships
Preferred
Hands-on experience with leading tokenization/digital securities platforms
Knowledge of cross-chain tech & compliance infrastructure
Background in institutional sales, structured finance, or fintech/digital asset venture deals
